If you migrated from another computer or changed hardware in your computer, Encore may not register properly and therefore prompt for your serial code constantly. To remedy, please follow the instructions below and view the attached videos if needed.
The user library is by default hidden in Lion, Mountain Lion, and Mavericks. Try these steps to navigate to it
1.Go to the Finder
2. Press and hold Option key
3. Click "Go" on the menu bar
4. Choose Library
Remove user/library/application support/Gvox*.
Next go to user/library/preferences and remove the com.gvox.encore5.plist file.
Please Shut down the computer after completing the removal of files.
Leave the computer off for at least twenty seconds before restarting.
Please attempt to launch the Encore software.
If you still experience problems let us know what happens and we will try to find a different solution.
*If you have already installed Encore 5.0.7 the path is user/library/application support/Passport
